But in today's mechanical life, it has become really difficult to maintain health. For me personally, I think the definition of health includes more than just not feeling sick. For me, health should be holistic. It is complete well-being on all levels, be it mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental or social. 

As we all know, the social part may have been a bit difficult last year. Therefore, there is more opportunity to focus on other levels and what helps us maintain beneficial high energy.

In conclusion

For you, the health should mean a well-rounded, healthy body that is healthy due to regular physical activity (exercise) of some kind, good nutrition, plenty of good, clean water, sunlight, and a nervous system that functions 100% with no stress.
